Jackson Gore was Okemo's most ambitious expansion when it opened in 2002. It's a full-service base like Clock Tower, providing food, housing, rental services and ski school programs. It even has its own Waffle Cabin.
There's a large free lot for parking, no shuttle bus required.
Restrooms are available in the red Roundhouse building. Also in the Roundhouse is a quick service cafe. The Jackson Gore Inn has a tavern-style restaurant and a bar.
Two carpet lifts provide access to a learner's area and even a snow tubing park and terrain park.
There's one way out of Jackson Gore and that's the Coleman Brook Express Quad. Thankfully, it's a quick ride and connection to the Quantum Six for access to the Jackson Gore summit.
From there you can enjoy a number of advanced trails, long glades or the longest single trail at Okemo, Tuckered Out. Your other option is to head over to the Main Face and other areas via Sunset Strip.
While there's only one way out of Jackson Gore, you can return two ways: via the busy Lower Limelight or on easy trails from Solitude.
