Despite opening over a week later than usual, Okemo is on track for a record season of snowfall. This has allowed them to open up a number of trails that usually need to wait for snowmaking. Glades especially have been open sooner than usual. .png)
Looking at the data, we're at 74 inches as of Jan 27. The average over the previous 8 seasons on this day is only 41 inches. Following a simple trend line would put Okemo at over 150 inches for the season. Last season was extended by a couple of whopper snow storms in March. If that happens, we could be up over 180 inches. Pray for snow!
